him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth-
For your love is better than wine.
Intimacy with God
There
is no revelation that is more needed than to know
how great the Father’s love and passion is for
us. When we are rooted and grounded in His love
we can have confidence in all things and know that
our hearts are beating with the very heart of the
Father. In this way everything that is expressed
in us and through us will be a reflection of Him.
His
Fragrance
Where
intimacy abounds is where fruit will abound.
His love is better than wine! The wine speaks
of the sweet fruit of intimacy and the romance relationship
with God. When our hearts are bound up in His
love the sweetness of the fragrance of Jesus is released
through us. When that life and love of God is
permeating us through that deep intimacy we can overcome
in the difficult tests and times in our lives and
come out smelling real good to God! The fruit
of our intimacy with Him abounds so that when we are
trampled on so the grapes of our relationship are
crushed bringing forth more wine with a fragrance
that is irresistible! His love and passion in
us increases as time rolls along and we find ourselves
in that intoxicating relationship with Him where nothing
else satisfies.
Deeper
Measures
The
Lord is knocking on the door of our hearts wanting
to reveal deeper measures of His life and love.
He comes to each of our houses knocking and waiting
until we open the door to let Him come in. Wine
speaks of a special occasions. So the Lord wants
our lives to be loaded with these special times with
His people. It is not enough to have casual
prayer times. There is a place of removing the
distractions and pressing into His courts. There
is a pressing out of the things of this world and
a pressing into the things of His world. In
this world there will be other options. We need
to choose the "Throne Room Option"!
God is calling us into the inner courts of His Presence.
The time is now to move from the outer courts of the
natural mind where distractions occur and to take
on a new fresh passion for the Holiest of All where
holy obsession occurs! Jesus died and rose so
that the veil that prevented us from entering into
the Holy of Holies would be rent asunder and we may
have unlimited access to the courts of His Majesty!
Hebrews 10:19-22
Therefore,
brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by
the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way which
He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is,
His flesh, 21 and having a High Priest over the house
of God, 22 let us draw near with a true heart in full
assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from
an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure
water.
Enter
in to that Holiest Place where the wine of His Presence
waits for you to drink!
Be intoxicated with the wine of His love.
