Anthony's music is most
noted for its passion and intimacy and it draws the hearer into
relationship with God.
"It was in a very
low point in my life that the Spirit of God revealed to me my true
identity as a worshipper. As I began to invite him into my own life
and find deliverance and healing in my life through extravagant
worship, I felt he wanted me to extend that invitation to others
through worship as well. I began to discover how God loves to touch
and reveal himself and set free the lost and his children as we
simply focus all of our attention and our affections on Jesus".
Anthony has traveled
and played over much of the United States, throughout Eastern Europe
and parts of Western Europe as well as ministering cross-denominationally
in churches and conferences.
A strong part of his
history has been to the poor and broken. "From the time I was
very young I always seemed to connect with and have a strong affection
for those who were in the worst circumstances: addictions, drugs,
depression, poverty, homelessness...you name it."
As a teenager he was involved in a variety of outreaches to the
poor. Later he was a part of a group of young men who established
an inner city and arts ministry that included a coffee house, outreaches
to youth and the homeless, inner city and suburban children, prisons
and the elderly. He was a founding member of "The Crucible"
which is an equipping school for creative ministry. Anthony continues
to lead worship and teach at this ministry on a regular basis.
In addition, Anthony
has led worship at Worship Together Conferences (EMI), Thunder in
the Bay, Catch the Fire, Randy Clark, Fresh Fire, Morning Star and
various youth conferences. He also teaches at various conferences
and gatherings. His main emphasis in teaching is worship, hearing
God, cultivating a devotional life, songwriting and the spontaneous/prophetic
song of the Lord.
Anthony has a brand new
live worship project he produced, entitled "Forever and A Day"
with his record company Orphansake Records and a live acoustic project
"100% Live", recorded with long time friend and co-writer
Ross Huskinson. He is currently writing and recording his first
studio project with DC3 Entertainment.
Anthony makes his home
in Ferndale, California with his wife, Mary Keith (who is also a
singer / songwriter and worship leader) and their two children.
He leads worship at Arcata Assembly and every Friday Night in Ferndale.
Together they travel with their band leading worship, teaching on
the presence and the prophetic song of the Lord as well as playing
in clubs and other venues.
